Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Rental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day responsibilities of luxury vacation rental properties, provide exceptional customer service to clients, and support the Property Manager in administrative tasks related to leasing, promoting and property maintenance. Responsibilities:

- List and promote luxury vacation rentals on all available rental and social platform. 

- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients.

- Answer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing information about available properties, lease terms,    and rental applications.

-  Schedule and conduct property viewings with prospective client, providing information on features,      amenities, and rental terms.

- Assist with preparing agreements, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time. 

- Assist in tracking rent payments, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions. 


Requirement:

- High School diploma or higher.

- Proven experience in customer service, administrative role and experience in property management.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software.

- Detail oriented  and a strong focus on accuracy.

- Tech. and Social Media Savy
